Sister
[Kendra and Kim are close twin sister. When they were younger they did everything together but since high school that closeness start to fade. Kim became more popular and conformed leaving her art and her sister behind so she could be accepted. Kendra was the different she is a little darker some would call here emo. Unlike her sister she can not draw she can write. Even though this is the 21st century in their small town if you don’t conform or play at least one sport you are consider a freak. The scene takes place in Kim and Kendra bedroom where Kendra is reading the Grim Brother Friary Tale.]
MANDY
[Walking in to the room with five different shopping bags]
Like OMG I can not believe he called you
KIM
[putting shopping bags on her twin bed next to her sister ]

MANDY
I think he’s better then Jonny Depp. I think he’s better then Joe Jonas. he is like the perfect guy . He Captain of the football team and the baseball team and he has a six pack[under her breath] I don’t know why he would want you over me.
KIM

I needed space to work and it was getting in my way so I had to move it somewhere. Be glad I didn’t throw it out side they all reek of what ever you use these days its smells revolting

[Takes a step closer to her sister]

[sits down on Kendra bed next to her ]

KIM

KENDRA

[getting off her bed to put her book on the book case]

[Takes her eyes off the bookcase and look at her sister]

KENDRA

[Walks over to Kendra to look at her in the eyes]

I don’t know why and if I don’t share a room with you who will I talk to in the middle of the night certainly not myself because last time I got into to a fight with myself and that’s not good because you know how unreasonable I am
KENDRA
[Walks back to her bed leaving Kim standing there]

KIM

KENDRA

[calls from down stair]

That why I do. I wish I didn’t have to hide that I paint they would just think I’m art freak if they knew
KENDRA

KENDRA
That and “if people don’t like you for who you are then you don’t need them”. So if they don’t like who you are why are you still friend with them?
KIM
[lifting her head off her sister shoulder and looks down]
I don’t know their not that bad you know they just don’t have feelings for other people
KENDRA

KIM

I am really sorry again I feel really bad that my friend and I treat you and your friends like crap some times.[finally looks at her sister]
KENDRA

No it’s not ok; if anything those freaks will be running the firkin world one day
KENDRA
I wish it could go back to the it uses to be. I just feel so unconnected with you lately
KIM
Me too but I got something to day for us [walks over to her bed and pulls out a two bracelet one with a E and one with a A] here me our middle initial Emma and you for Ann
KENDRA
